Stefan Humer advises companies at the intersection of technology and corporate law. His practice focuses on AI and data projects, IP/IT and data law, and corporate transactions and M&A – with particular attention to emerging technologies and the legal questions they raise for businesses. As an author and speaker on topics such as the EU AI Act and the Data Act, he combines academic depth with a practical, business-minded approach.
